Hey, ladies! I offer a few options for both in person 1-1 and online. I treat both options the same, meaning that whether you are showing up in person or online, you have my undivided attention. I only take on a certain number of clients for that very reason - as it’s very important for me to be able to help you achieve your goals! Monthly coaching designed specifically for your needs and goals

Must have basic knowledge of equipment, gym terms, form

Must be willing to film main lifts to share with Janie for form feedback/assessment

Weekly updates to training plan with guidance on weight to use, rest periods, overall intensity adjustments as needed

Cardio/Conditioning tailored to clients needs and goals

Before getting started, we will go over your training history, injuries, fitness level, goals and get to know each other a bit more before jumping in!

1-1 personal training

Come to my studio and train with me 1-3x per week per month focusing improving movement patterns, building lean muscle mass, getting stronger, fitter, looking and feeling better.

Meet with me 1-1 before starting to discover your training history, injuries, fitness level, goals and get to know each other a bit more before jumping in!

1x per week per month $360 - 90/session

2x per week per month $560 - 70/session

3x per week per month $720 - 60/session

All clients receive nutrition guidelines to improve their habits, intake, hydration, sleep. Option to add on 1-1 nutrition coaching is available at $125/m

 

Nutrition Coaching options

Alright, ladies! We have DONE IT ALL, am I right? Low carb, low fat, IIFYM, Paleo, Carbnight, South Beach… you name it! And while all of these methods serves its place - we are all about creating YOUR own method so that you can say goodbye to all of these “next” best things and hello to results you can live with FOREVER.

Macro tracking

Monthly Macro coaching that goes well beyond the numbers.

Together, we will identify BEST choices for you based on how your mood, energy, digestion and body composition responds on a week to week basis.

When we begin, you will complete and in depth questionnaire identifying any imbalances or potential dysfunction that may be holding you back from achieving your goals

We will also discover your nutritional history, healthy history and address any concerns you may have regarding nutrition

Best for someone who enjoys tracking, data, has tracked before, understands what macronutrients are and has a solid understanding of nutrition

Nutritional Therapy

Monthly Nutrition coaching for women looking to improve their knowledge and relationship with food to improve their body composition, mood, energy, digestion, decrease inflammation and start feeling great !

When we begin, you will complete and in depth questionnaire identifying any imbalances or potential dysfunction that may be holding you back from achieving your goals

We will also discover your nutritional history, healthy history and address any concerns you may have regarding nutrition

Together, we will create a nutritional approach that works BEST for your goals and lifestyle and learn helpful lessons along the way that you can apply to your day to day for life!

1x consultation

Whether it’s a meal plan, macros or just wanting to talk it through when it comes to your nutrition or fitness goals - this consultation is guaranteed to leave you feeling like you have a plan set in place to get going.

This 45 minute call will address your top questions/concerns in your health and fitness journey that Janie will help you work through and provide solutions to get you where you want to be!

Accepting 5 clients for group training on Monday Wednesday Friday at 6am for my first 6 week group session! 

***Will add more client/time slots if needed***

55 minutes each 

⚡️Full body strength and fitness training to improve body composition, get your metabolism revved up and running, feel 💣 in the gym and the skin that you’re in

⚡️Weekly Nutrition challenges and menus to guide you towards achieving YOUR best results. You can have 🍷 but we will discuss hot topics such as carbs, alcohol, fats and what really counts as a protein 😉

⚡️Improve mood, energy, digestion, confidence and create a routine that makes you want to KEEP GOING! 

⚡️Weigh ins, pictures and measurements will be done each Monday after class
